Buying at

1. Availability of products

  • On our website we will clearly indicate the availability of our products.  However, during busy periods it is possible that there is a small discrepancy between the actual stock and the indicated stock.    In case a product is no longer available we will inform you as soon as we have your order registered.   This will allow you to stop your purchase and get a refund, choose another product, or simply wait until your preferred item is available.
  • As most items will be printed with personalised club logos, names and other shipping will be influenced by this process.  However, we will do all we can to make sure you have a smooth and fast delivery.  Mostly within 5 working days.
  • Not in stock: in this case silverback products are no longer available at our online store, nor at our premises.   You can still order and we will keep you informed about expected delivery dates.

2. How to order online

Placing products in your shopping cart:

On the detailed product pages one can select size and color.   Completing this will allow you to select the ‘Add to shopping bag’.     This will place your desired item into your personal shopping bag, after which one can decide to continue shopping or to ‘Proceed to checkout’.

Log In / Register:

In case you are already logged in, one can immediately proceed to checkout, if not, you are asked to Log In or register a new account.   Here we store all your personal details like email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, etc.

3. Delivery options

By default we select your billing address as shipping address.   In case you wish to alter this information you have that option during the buying process.

silverback offers the possibility to deliver your products at your preferred destination or a preferred Kiala location.

4. Confirming your order

When all information is complete, you are presented with an overview of your order (including shipping/billing address and the products you ordered).     Here you confirm your final order, which will proceed to the payment provider of your choice.

5. Payment systems

The following payment providers and systems are supported:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Debit cards: Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash
  • Directbanking: iDEAL
  • Paypal

6. Shipping

Silverback will do all it can to have your items shipped to you within 5 working days. The customised logos make that shipping takes longer then your average shopping experience. 

7. Shipping costs

  • Shipping to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK  and USA is FREE OF CHARGE;
  • Shipping to Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden an additional fee of 5€ will be applied;
  • Shipping to countries other then above mentioned: an additional fee of 12€ will be applied;

8. Pricing

All our prices are in Euro, including VAT and shipping costs(within above mentioned zones).   Prices can be adjusted without prior notice.

9. Discount coupons

In case you have a coupon available, the promotion code will give you access to discounted products.   Enter this code at the requested location.

10. Returns

In case you would like to return your purchased goods, you have the right to do so within a period of 14 days after receiving your order.

How it works:

i. Full refund returns for exchange: you can.  In case you would like to exchange your purchased goods for another Silverback product or a different size.

ii. Full refund returns: you can.  In this case the full amount will be refunded minus the return expenses (postal services).   This return will then give you a discount coupon of 10 € for your next purchase.

iii. Damaged goods return: Full refund and/or exchange for new Silverback item.  As a customer you are also entitled to request a full, free of charge, refund with no further obligations.

iv. How to ensure a successful return:  Contact or +32 468 21 00 49 and request your return.  We will send you a return label so you can ship without any additional costs.

v. Terms for returns: Products need to be undamaged and packed in their original wrapping, including all tags as received.

vi. Reimbursements:  Make sure that your IBAN account number and BIC data are properly filled in.

11. Complaints, remarks and suggestions

We love to hear from you.  In case you have remarks about our products, services or web store, please let us know.    Best way to reach us via email   Silverback-store will do its utmost to reply within 24 hours.

12. Personal data and privacy policy

When placing orders account data is required.   This account data can be entered into our system during the Checkout process or one can fill this in at any time visiting our site.

  • At any time personal data can be adjusted via ‘My Account’.
  • Password can be adjusted or in case of lost password one can request a new one.
